INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 1/3 cups ground almonds
  • 3/4 cup natural whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unbleached spelt flour or 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
