Almond Pancake and Waffle Mix

About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

This makes nice, tender pancakes and waffles that have a nutty taste and a texture similar to cornmeal pancakes and waffles.

Yield: Makes about 4 servings of 1 cup, each with 33 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of fiber, for a total of 30 grams of usable carbs and 36 grams of protein.
