Be sure to use very ripe avocados when making this sauce.
MAKES 2½ CUPS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted, and chopped coarse
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tablespoons lime juice (2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Be sure to use very ripe avocados when making this sauce.
- Mash all ingredients together in bowl with potato masher (or fork) until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
