INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 cups ground almonds
- 3/4 cup natural whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup unbleached spelt flour or 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
