- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
- 1 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
- 2 teaspoons yeast
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the ingredients in your bread machine in the order given and run the machine.
- Remove the loaf from the machine and bread case promptly to cool.
