INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups almonds (no salt added)
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod or bean, halved and seeds removed
- 2 Tbsp Stevia powder or Erythritol sweetener
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 360F degrees. Place almonds in a baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally to not burn.
- Transfer the almonds in a food processor and add remaining ingredients.
- Process for 15 minutes above. This process takes a time so, you have to be patient.
- Pour the almond butter to a glass container and store in the refrigerator.
