INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 spoonfuls horned melon pulp
  • ¼ cup ginger beer
  • ½ cup limeade
  • Splash of grenadine

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the horned melon pulp to a glass.
  2. Pour the ginger beer and limeade over the melon.
  3. Stir the ingredients slightly to combine.
  4. Add a splash of grenadine to the mixture.
  5. Serve and enjoy your refreshing horned melon mocktail!

 

VARIATIONS:

  1. Tropical Twist:
    • Replace ginger beer with coconut water for a tropical flavor.
    • Use pineapple juice instead of limeade.
    • Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
  2. Berry Blast:
    • Add a handful of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) to the horned melon pulp.
    • Swap the ginger beer for sparkling water.
