Chili Rellenos Burgers

About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

Chili Rellenos Burgers are a unique and flavorful twist on the classic hamburger. This fusion dish combines the bold flavors of Mexican cuisine with the American love for burgers. The result is a delicious and satisfying meal that brings together the best of both culinary worlds.

The origins of Chili Rellenos Burgers can be traced back to the southwestern United States, where Mexican and American influences blend seamlessly. The dish draws inspiration from the traditional Mexican dish called Chiles Rellenos, which consists of roasted and stuffed chili peppers. By incorporating these flavors into a burger, a delightful fusion is created.

Chili Rellenos Burgers offer a harmonious combination of seasoned ground beef, tangy salsa, melted cheese, and the mild heat of green chilies. The result is a burger bursting with flavor, making it a popular choice among those who appreciate the vibrant and diverse tastes of Mexican-American cuisine.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the salsa and ketchup.
