INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 cans (6 ounces each) lump crabmeat, drained
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoon paprika
  • Assorted crackers

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, ground mustard, seafood seasoning, and garlic salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Gently fold in the lump crabmeat, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  2. Transfer the crab mixture to a greased 9-inch pie plate, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and paprika over the top of the dip, adding an extra layer of flavor and a beautiful golden hue.
